Private Events & Meetings

Let the Fox Hill Club host your meetings or special occasions in one or more of our meeting and banquet facilities.


  • President's Room
    • A conference room that is perfect for smaller events such as business meetings and private dinners. The President's Room is 400 sf and can accommodate up to 18 people.

  • Mount Meeker
    • With great views of our golf course, driving range and practice green, this is a perfect space to host a meeting or to celebrate a special occasion. Mount Meeker is 670 sqft and can accommodate up to 50 guests.

  • Longs Peak
    • This space has two walls lined with windows that offer similar views to those of Mount Meeker. Longs Peak is 930 sqft and can comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests.

  • Twin Peaks
    • Need more space? We are able to take down the air wall separating Longs Peak and Mount Meeker to make one large space. Twin Peaks is 1600 sqft and holds up to accommodate up to 120 guests.

  • The Restaurant at Fox Hill
    • The restaurant features 20' ceilings, exposed wood beams, a stone fireplace, and large windows with sweeping views of the mountains and the golf course. The Restaurant, (1920 sf) with it's full bar, can accommodate up to 70 guests.

      Have a Special Event with a Large Group?

      The entire space (Patio, and Meeting Rooms) is available for special occasions such as wedding receptions and other large functions.

  • Outdoor Wrap Around Patio
    • Connected to the Restaurant and the Twin Peaks Room, this partially covered outdoor space with great views is wonderful for spring, summer and fall outdoor events. The Patio (1080 sf) seats up to 75 guests and is perfect for both formal and informal occasions.

      Have a Special Event with a Large Group?

      The entire space (Patio, and Meeting Rooms) is available for special occasions such as wedding receptions and other large functions.

  • Catering
    • Our kitchen and waitstaff are able to provide food and beverage services ranging from simple refreshments to full plated meals. The Club does not allow food or alcohol purchased outside the Club to be brought to the premises.

  • Equipment & Furnishings
    • We are able to provide many necessities for your meeting or special event:

      • Standard Furniture (Tables, Chairs)
      • Gift & Accessory Tables
      • Cocktail Tables
      • Table Settings (Linen Table Cloths, Napkins, China, Flat-Ware, Glassware for All Beverages)
      • Buffet Chafers & Serving Utensils
      • A/V Equipment (Sound, Projection, Screen)
      • Dance Floor

      Most items are included with food and beverages packages. Some are at an extra cost, depending on the function, party size, etc. Additional fees will apply for any supplementary tables, chairs, special order linens, etc.
